Meet the Staff

 Kim Oliger
Kim is a certified personal trainer, strength coach, bosu instructor, pilates instructor, aerobics instructor, Slider and Bender Ball Instructor and the owner of Core Value Fitness Center. She has been teaching classes and personal training for over 11 years. Kim's   experience enables her to expertly train people with various physical abilities including those with injuries. She loves what she does and has an wonderful way of motivating people to push themselves to the next level, by combining softness during training with a butt kicking workout!

   Lisa Roberts
Lisa has an extensive dance background. She is certified in pilates and focuses a lot of attention on form and core strength. Lisa combines her knowledge of the body and the correct form of each exercise with her very challenging workouts that will leave you feeling invigorated. All levels are welcome as she is very good at modifying for different athletic levels. What makes Lisa such an amazing instructor and personal trainer is her love for what she does and her desire to help others feel better about themselves. If your ready to start feeling stronger and healthier then Lisa would be a perfect fit for you in a class or for personal training.
 
Evonne Tocco
Evonne is a brown belt in Nia and is a certified Zumba instructor. Evonne can move her body in the most amazing ways. Her energy in class is contagious. Evonne also offers one on one or small group lessons to teach you the dances and the correct way to move your body so you will have more condifence during class and get more out of your workouts. Come dance/workout with Evonne and have an experience of a lifetime.
 




 Taylor Vincent
If you look up the word "energy" in the dictionary you would see a picture of Taylor. Taylor is the only certified Turbo Kick instructor in Durango. But she doesn't stop there, she is also a certified strength coach and personal trainer. She brings so much energy and fun to each session that people leave her classes knowing they worked hard, but not sure if they were in a workout class or at a party. Her classes are full of high energy, great music and intense fun. Personal training with Taylor is an amazing workout where she will focus on what you want to work on. If you want to see results fast in an enjoyable private atmosphere personal training with Taylor would be perfect for you!


Kimsey Self 'width' is a duplicate attribute name. Line 1, position 37.is a fun, energetic, and caring certified personal trainer and fitness instructor and is currently studying to become a certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. Her strongest passion is finding new and exciting ways to keep the mind, body and spirit happy and healthy. She combines sincerity and support with energy and drive to create a challenging, welcoming environment where everybody of every level is welcome. She wants to enable people to experience the positive and rewarding feelings that accompany sore muscles and breaking a sweat. As a personal trainer, she will ensure that every client experiences this form of vitality while achieving their health and fitness goals and building confidence. Her goal is for her clients to meet their goals and she will do whatever it takes to make that happen. After all, you only have one life and one body to live it in, why not make the best of both?

Terri Oliger
Terri is a certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor. She brings energy and technique to her classes like no other. She is famous for her interval training techniques and will get your body feeling more defined and cut in no time. Terri loves what she does and her fun and loving attitude is inspiring.
