Swedish- In this basic relaxation massage we will warm up your tissues and muscles to move fluids throughout your body.

Hot Stone Massage- This enhancement on the Swedish massage adds the loved touch of hot stones placed on key points in your body to amplify relaxation throughout your body.

Prenatal Massage- Come let us take the stress off your over worked body and enjoy a relaxing massage on a special bed made just for your pregnant belly.

Deep Tissue- In this massage we will use slow deep compressions to help rub out painful knots by working through your trigger points.

Shiatsu- In this massage we will focus on your pressure points and meridian energy, similar to acupressure. With the help of assisted stretching (done on a mat with loose clothing) we will use our entire bodies to stretch and work your deep points.

Sports & Advanced Circulatory- This is a cross fibrin massage, where we work perpendicular with your muscles to release tension and passive motions to increase relaxation.

Foot Reflexology- We will devote an entire session to increasing circulation by stimulating pressure points in your feet. It is believed that the feet have a direct connection to the body’s vital organs, so by working these points we can relieve pain and tension throughout the entire body.

Cranio Sacral- This light touch therapy is designed to realign and release deep restrictions in the soft tissue that surrounds the central nervous system. This therapy is designed to relieve you of your physical and emotional tensions.

Reiki-  This ancient Japanese technique involves the use of cosmis energy to heal the body of its ailments and to cleanse the chakras.
