Core Value Fitness offers:
*Private, personal training with Certified Fitness Trainers
*A wide variety of fitness classes and programs

Personal Training:
*We have four professional certified personal trainers that will get you to where you want to be. They will push your body to the next level. Our personal training team consists of Kim Oliger, Terri Oliger, Taylor Vincent, Lisa Roberts
*3 Large private personal training studios are available where you will work one on one with a personal trainer to achieve your fitness needs. The trainers are experienced, certified trainers that have your best interest at heart.

*Clients get frequent fitness assessments and body fat analysis.

*Personal training clients will workout one on one with the use of the newest innovative equipment such as sliders, bosu balls, flex bars, exercise balls, bands, body bars, kettle bells, steps and free weights.

Cost:

One hour session: Kim, Terri, Taylor, & Lisa $55
One hour with 2 people: $37 a person
One hour with 3 people: $27 a person
Half hour one on one: $28

Daily Classes and Programs (Monday - Saturday):

*Instructors - Kim Oliger, Evonne Tocco, Lisa Roberts, Taylor Vincent, Terri Oliger, Dawn, Cheri Rifkin & Sarah Clair Ilan Palow, Tricia and Kathryn

*Regular Classes - Bosu, Pilates, Body Sculpting, Totally Toned, Kickboxing, Burn and Firm,Body Works, Define and Tone and Brazilian Butt Lift.
*Specialty Classes - Nia, Zumba, Spin, Spin & Tone, Vinyasa Flow Yoga,
Ashtanga Yoga, Cardo Yoga, Dance Fusio

*Programs - Boot Camp with Talyor
Biggest Loser with Kim
Train to Beat the train
Paleo Challenge with Kim

Kim's Closet Boutique: Fitness and Active Wear
*Core Value Fitness is more than just a Gym, we are also a boutique!! We offer high quality, fashionable fitness and active wear. Items from Couture Active Wear, Couture Fit, Kos USA, Blank Style, Margarita and Dance Revolution. We carry a full line of fashions hats, Eco Useable Water Bottles and beautiful jewelry from Dogearred. In addition, we also sell Sport Supplements from FX, Sports Energy Drinks with B12 and J Rob Supplements.
