Power blast classes are high intense classes that allow you to get a great workout in half the time of a regular class. These are great classes to pair with your traditional high cardio classes to help push you through fitness plateaus.
Cross Training
This class is based on the new popular cross-fit training that is so popular in LA clubs. The class is based on personal circuits, where you will work each muscle group to fatigue with short burst of cardio, followed by short rest periods to bring your heart back down. This class will break your muscles down allowing them to come back stronger and firmer in a short effective time frame. If you are short on time, this is the perfect class for you.

Boot Camp Program with Taylor Intensified fitness program that will jump start your metabloism and encourage total body fitness. Boot Camp incorporates modern fitness techniques like plyomtrics, agility & strength training exercises. If you're not afraid to work hard and see fast results, then this is the perfect program for you.
Biggest Loser with Kim
If you have a lot of weight you want to lose or just can't seem to get rid of the last 10 pounds then this is just the program for you. Get ready to work harder than you even have before and see what rewards can appear. For four weeks you will meet Monday thru Friday for one and a half hours. First a half hour of monitored cardio, followed by one hour full body intense workout. You will be put on an eating program which will be monitored daily. We will start with a full body assessment including weight, body fat and measurements which will be checked weekly. Your progress will be recorded and updated in your own Biggest Loser Portfolio. This will not be easy, but it will be worth it. Watch as you feel stronger, have more energy and shrink down to your ideal size.
